I am a psychiatrist in the West Hollywood/ Los Angeles area and I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help one look at ways one's thoughts affect one's feelings and behaviors.  I teach skills and habits that will benefit your life and help you to achieve your goals.  You can achieve better mental health with new tools, better insight, and different choices.

As a well-experienced clinician, I treat difficult conditions such as OCD, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, relationship issues, alcohol and Oxycontin addiction, on a regular basis.  If medication is needed, we'll use it.  If your goal is to be medication free, we'll work together toward it, at your pace.

Mental health happens when every area of a person's life is in balance.  Mental health incorporates financial, physical, and spiritual health.  It also requires that one learns the necessary skills to cope with stress and life's uncertainty.  We'll work together to explore all these areas.
